About Wellness Culture
Meet the Founder
Thu NP-C
Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner
Thu Kester-Phan, APRN is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner licensed in the State of Kansas. She earned her undergraduate degree from Newman University in Wichita, Kansas, and completed her graduate degree at Graceland University in Kansas City, Missouri.
Thu is passionate about hormone replacement therapy, metabolic health, muscle-centric care, and longevity medicine. Her approach focuses on optimizing the body through evidence-based strategies that support strength, energy, and long-term health outcomes.
She founded Wellness Culture after recognizing a gap in traditional healthcare where patients often lack education, personalization, and true support. Her mission is to provide patient-centered care that empowers individuals to understand their health, take ownership of it, and create sustainable lifestyle changes.
Thu believes that when patients understand the “why” behind their symptoms and treatment, they become more engaged, more motivated, and ultimately achieve better results not just short-term, but for life.
Who we serve
Thu works with men and women navigating hormonal shifts, metabolic resistance, fatigue, and performance decline. Many of her patients are busy professionals who want to feel strong, clear-minded, and confident again.
Outside of clinical practice, Thu prioritizes strength training, performance tracking, and disciplined daily habits in her own life. She believes providers should model the principles they teach. Wellness Culture reflects that mindset; combining science, structure, and accountability to help patients take ownership of their health.
Care is delivered through a direct-pay model to remove insurance barriers and allow for personalized, data-driven treatment plans without outside restrictions.
Telehealth services are available across Kansas, with in-person care provided in Wichita.
