New Patient - Ongoing Panel $150: For new patients already on TRT.
Ongoing TRT Panel $100: For existing patients on TRT needing follow-up lab work.
*The package includes the cost of the initial consultation, follow-up appointments, medications, supplies, and shipping. Pricing is subject to change. These packages include one follow up lab fee a year.
The testosterone injection package is billed in 3-month increments starting at the beginning of treatment. This membership can be canceled at any time with a 30-day notice prior to the next billing cycle.
Because testosterone is a Schedule III controlled medication, an initial in-person evaluation is required. After you become an established patient, most follow-up visits can be completed through telehealth, provided your labs are up to date.
We also require at least one in-person visit per year for ongoing monitoring and safe prescribing as required by federal regulations.
The process begins with a phone consultation to discuss your health history, goals, and current concerns. During this call, we will also arrange for comprehensive laboratory testing with our conveniently located lab partner. All laboratory services must be prepaid at the time of scheduling.
how it works
Once your labs are completed and results are received, you will be contacted to schedule a visit to review your labs in detail and develop a personalized care plan tailored to your individual needs. Treatment might include medications that will be sent directly to you from our reputable partnered pharmacies.
This program is not covered by insurance and is offered on a self-pay basis. Your associated treatment subscription begins once you elect to proceed with the recommended treatment plan during your post-consult and lab appointment.
Men are often told…
“That’s just part of getting older.”
“You’re just stressed.”
“All guys slow down eventually.”
At Wellness Culture, we reject that narrative.
Testosterone and Weight LossTestosterone levels and body composition are closely connected. When testosterone is low, men often experience increased body fat, reduced muscle mass, and slower metabolism. Restoring healthy testosterone levels can help support muscle maintenance and energy, which may make sustainable fat loss more achievable. For some patients, combining hormone therapy with our medical weight loss program creates a more comprehensive strategy for improving metabolic health. Discuss this with your provider at your consultation.
FAQs

While the decision to remain on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for life ultimately depends on individual circumstances and preferences, many individuals find that staying on TRT long-term helps them optimize their hormone levels and improve their overall well-being. By maintaining consistent optimized testosterone levels, many people report feeling better, experiencing improved energy levels, mood, libido, and cognitive function.
-
Our clinic does not accept insurance reimbursement. Insurance plans also do not cover testosterone optimization and replacement with normal levels within the reference range despite symptoms of low testosterone.
Wellness Culture operates on a direct-pay model allowing faster care, transparent pricing, and no insurance delays. Payment is due at the time of service and ongoing care will be set up as recurring payments.
-
Depending on your individual circumstances, stopping TRT may lead to a gradual decline in testosterone levels, which could result in low T symptoms returning.
-
The timeline for experiencing results from testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) varies among individuals. Some people may notice improvements in symptoms such as energy levels, mood, libido, and cognitive function within a few weeks to months of starting TRT. However, full effects may take several months to become apparent as the body adjusts to the therapy.
-
Partially. Because testosterone is a Schedule III medication, I must see you in person for your initial visit and at least once per year. After that, most follow-ups can be completed via telehealth as long as labs are current and you remain an active patient.
-
When overseen by medical experts, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) can be both safe and beneficial. TRT injections have obtained FDA approval for men experiencing medical issues linked to low T levels. Arrange a consultation to delve into the potential advantages and risks further.

Labs are an important part of testosterone replacement therapy because they help monitor hormone levels and overall health. They allow us to ensure your testosterone stays in an optimal range and screen for potential side effects. If you have recent labs from another provider, we can review those and determine if any additional testing is needed.
-
Many people feel nervous about injections at first, and that’s completely understandable. The needles used for these medications are very small, and most treatments are administered as either subcutaneous injections (just under the skin) or intramuscular injections, depending on the specific therapy.
Most patients find that the injections are quick (especially quicker than taking time out of your schedule to visit our clinic) and easier than they expected once they learn the technique. We provide clear instructions and guidance so you feel comfortable administering them safely at home.
If injections still feel uncomfortable for you, we can discuss alternative approaches and determine what options may be the best fit for your situation.
How Does Testosterone Replacement Work?
Low testosterone doesn’t just affect libido. It impacts energy, mood, muscle mass, fat distribution, confidence, recovery, and long-term metabolic health.
Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) works by restoring hormone levels back to an optimized physiological range through medically supervised treatment. When levels are properly supported, many men experience improved drive, better workouts, stronger recovery, sharper focus, and more stable mood.
But TRT isn’t just about “taking testosterone.”
It requires proper lab work, symptom correlation, individualized dosing, and ongoing monitoring to do it safely and effectively.
If you’re wondering:
How does TRT actually work in the body?
What happens once you start?
Are injections better than creams?
What are the risks?
Will it shut down natural production?
Is it right for someone in their 30s? 40s? 50s?
We break it all down in detail for you.
The Hidden Mental Impact of Low Testosterone
Low testosterone doesn’t just affect muscles or libido — it can deeply influence mood, motivation, focus, and emotional well-being. Many men experience symptoms like persistent sadness, anxiety, lack of drive, trouble concentrating, or social withdrawal — and don’t realize a hormonal imbalance may be part of the cause.
These psychiatric effects can be subtle at first but may grow more pronounced over time, affecting relationships, work performance, and overall quality of life. Because the symptoms often overlap with depression or anxiety disorders, low testosterone is frequently overlooked as a contributing factor.
